Party Package time-slots
Our Party Packages operate at the following time-slots:
Saturdays - 10am, 12pm, 2pm, 4pm & 6pm
Sundays - 10am, 12pm & 2pm
Weekdays - 11am, 1pm, 3pm & 5pm
What's Included?
Party Packages operate as follows (2 hours onsite):
Arrive 15 minutes before your booked time! (Check-in, harness fitting & safety briefing).
(Late arrival reduces the time spent in the climbing arena, please make sure your guests know to arrive 15 mins before your booked time!).
60 minutes in the climbing arena. Starts top-of-the-hour *sharp*! (57 minutes of climb-time, 2-3 mins de-harness)
45 minutes in the party room.
All Party Packages receive 2 complimentary tickets to the Vertical Drop Slide! (Extra slide tickets can be purchased during the booking process or onsite at a reduced rate $3.15 each).

Party Packages start at a minimum of 8 climbers.
(If you have less than 8 climbers, you must book for 8 climbers - the price is the same as booking for 8).
Party Packages can be booked for a maximum of 24 climbers.
Please keep chaperones and non-climber attendees to a minimum.
(Climbers aged 4-7 years old, please allow for one adult chaperone for every 2 climbers in your group in this age category).
Party Room Information:
Party room access is AFTER the climbing hour is completed (for 45 minutes).
Bring your own: birthday cake, party food/snacks, refreshments for your guests.
Fridge/freezer is available onsite if needed.
Paper plates, napkins, cups, forks/spoons are provided in the party room.
If you wish to decorate, table decorations are allowable. Helium balloons must be secured by a heavy weight.
** Absolutely NO attachments to the walls ** NO confetti or glitter **
The room will be cleaned thoroughly by our staff upon your exit. Please be considerate and place all garbage & empty recyclables in the designated disposal bins.
Prompt exit/pick-up of guests is required!
How to prepare:
Online waivers must be completed by a parent for their own child, before arrival on the day! (Adult attendees/climbers can complete one for themselves).
You will receive a unique online waiver link for your party in your confirmation email. Please share that link with your attendees in advance.
Attendees must bring indoor runners for climbing - there is no shoe rental, and climbing in socks is not permitted!
Got changes? How do I pay the balance?
Know that your party group will join our existing climbing session timeslots! Each hour timeslot only has a limited number of climbing spots available. If you are not sure of your exact final numbers right now, but still wish to put a booking in the system, it is highly preferable that you book the absolute maximum number of spots you may need by assuming all your potential invitees will respond “yes” to your invitation! It is easier to later reduce numbers in a booking, than to try and ‘squeeze’ in extra climbers onto a booking (with super late notice), which then ends up crowding our already fully booked climbing sessions!
Our climbing sessions sell-out quickly, so please contact us to make any changes in your party numbers with at least a week’s advance notice!
** Please don’t assume we will have climbing spots available for your late additions if you haven’t already contacted us well in advance to reserve all the spots you may need for your group! **
Use the ‘View Booking’ link found in your confirmation email to access your booking information online. You can edit & update the notes section with the names of your attendees (this helps in locating & confirming receipt of online waivers in advance). This link also allows you to make your final payment online.
Party booking balances must be paid online in FULL before the party date.
No-shows on the day, or notice of reduced climber numbers upon arrival, will not be refunded. Any adults or non-climbers in your group are more than welcome to take the place of guests who don't show up, just make sure they complete an online waiver too!
Don't need a Party room?
('Climbing-only' group bookings)
Book a standard one-hour climbing session for your group via our standard booking page.
(Groups of 10 or more in a standard booking receive a 10% discount, calculated at the end of the transaction).
To book a ‘private’ climbing hour for your group and not share it with the public, you can search for a climbing session in the standard booking calendar that has all 30 climbing spots available for that hour. Even if you have less than 30 climbers in your group, by booking all 30 spots it guarantees that no-one else from the public can book into that same timeslot as you, making it a ‘private’ hour in the climbing arena just for your group.
(Please note: 'private' in this instance refers the climbing arena only. There may be people in party rooms, and new people will arrive into the harnessing area/communal seating area in the last 15 minutes of your booked timeslot, to prepare for their session after your hour is completed).
Corporate & Private Events
Private full-facility rental is available for corporate events, holiday parties, company team building events and school groups/field trips. Private full-facility rental means having the entire facility closed off to the public just for your group/event.
Minimum 2 hours.
